Here are some of the clients and projects I've worked on:
Ngurratjuta Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation
I provided housing advice and facilitated the development of a Housing Strategy and supporting documentation for Tier 3 registration under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing.
NT Shelter + Community Housing Industry Association + Aboriginal Housing NT (Darwin)
Working with over 50 stakeholders from the NT and interstate, I faciliated and coordinated the develpoment of the NT’s first Community Housing Industry Development Plan over a 12 month project.
Central Land Council + Julalikari Council (Tennant Creek)
Over the last 18 months I have provided housing advisory, faciliation and consultation services for CLC's 'Remote Community Housing Trial project' which aims to estabalish an Aboriginal controlled community housing management trial in Central Australia.
Money Mob Talkabout (Alice Springs, NT)
The facilitation and development of MMT's 12 month Operational Plan 2022/23 which involved a week of workshops with staff and managers.
Warlpiri Media (Yuendumu, NT)
The development of a project plan for submission to the Aboriginal Benefits Account for capital funding.
TeamHEALTH (Darwin, NT)
The facilitation of the all team staff day (70 + staff) and design and delivery of 'Good Communication' and 'Managing Difficult Conversation' training.
Department of Health (Outreach Team and Aboriginal Workforce Team)
The facilitation of team planning days for 2024.
Veritable (Alice Springs)
Staff consultation and the facilitation of a team workshop to design the new strategic plan for 2024.

Projects
Aboriginal Housing Northern Territory (Darwin, NT)
Through sector and industry consultation, and research and analysis, we developed a report outlining the current capacity of the remote housing sector and opportunities for development across the entire at a systemic, community and industry / organisational level.
Desert Knowledge Australia (Alice Springs, NT)
Consultation with government, the NGO sector and community organisations focussing on the key areas of Water, Housing, Workforce Development and Energy and development of the Desert Intermediary Framework strategy.
Connellan Airways Trust (Alice Springs, NT)
The development of a 3 year Strategic Plan with including consultations with stakeholders, and ongoing workshops with the CAT board and executive.
Disability Advocacy Service (Alice Springs)
The development of a 3 year Strategic Plan with including consultations with stakeholders, and ongoing workshops with the CAT board and executive.
Alice Springs Town Council (Alice Springs)
Operational, financial and program review of potential transfer of community facility to ASTC including consultation and workshops with ASTC executive team.
Hermansburg Potters (Hermannsburg, NT)
The development of a business case for a new Art Centre and Staff Accommodation, including the writing and submission to the Aboriginal Benefits Account for capital funding.
