I'm a consultant that helps people, teams and organisations unpack the challenges of work and find a path forward.
I do this through provding a broad range of support with strategy development, operational planning, program review and design, research and consultation, group work, faciltiation and lots more.
Through my life and work experience I bring a balance of 'blue sky' strategic thinking, pragmatism and humour to my work, always excited by challenging problems and designing solutions.
I have over 25 years experience in the not-for-profit and private sectors in a range leadership, management, operational and project roles. I began my working carrer at 15 I as a trainee Property Manager in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and before consulting I was the CEO of a community housing organisation in Alice Springs.
For the last 9 years I've lived and worked in Alice Springs and have a sound understanding of the challenges organisations face working in the NT.
As a consultant, I have worked with a broad range of organisations across urban and remote NT in sectors such as health, housing, the arts, philanthropy, disability services, media, and both NT and local government.
I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Australia as the traditional custodians of the lands and waters. I pay my respects to ancestors and elders past and present, and am grateful to live and work on Arrente country.
